We have successfully launched an educational complex-nursery in Kashkadarya, with plans for expansion across all regions of the country. The project focuses on training specialists in horticulture and viticulture, while also preserving the endemic plant species of each region. It combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience, offering intensive courses and innovative teaching methods. Our mission is to enhance agricultural education, promote sustainable horticulture practices, and preserve regional biodiversity through the use of modern technologies. “Hosildor zamin” is a step towards the future of Uzbekistan's agriculture, where tradition and innovation seamlessly merge.

The "Hosildor zamin" Course: Advancing Modern Horticulture and Sustainable Agriculture
From September 9 to October 4, 2024, the intensive "Hosildor zamin" training course brought together over 100 participants to advance their expertise in horticulture and viticulture. Divided into four groups of 25, each cohort underwent a week-long training program, with the full course spanning an entire month.
The program offered comprehensive coverage of key topics, including the establishment of modern orchards, advanced plant protection techniques, fundamentals of marketing and export, and hands-on training in tree grafting. Delivered by renowned national and international experts, the course provided participants with a unique platform to acquire cutting-edge knowledge and exchange best practices.

Get to know the course programOnline Seminar: "Modern Methods for Growing High-Quality Fruit Seedlings: Lessons from China" Professor Yin Yanlei shared advanced yield-enhancing technologies and provided valuable recommendations for adapting Chinese practices to local climatic and agricultural conditions.
Seminar "Methods for Growing High-Quality Fruits" FAO representatives delivered presentations on key aspects of agricultural production, including soil types, seedling planting methods, selecting fruit tree varieties, and efficient fertilization processes. Special attention was given to plant protection, orchard care, and determining optimal harvest times.plant protection, orchard maintenance, and determining harvest periods were also discussed. At the end of the seminar, participants engaged in a Q&A session, allowing for a deeper discussion of the topics covered during the event.
Workshops on Seedling Cultivation and Grafting Techniques. The practical sessions were conducted by Fazliddin Kurbanov, a research associate at the Mirzaev Research Institute, and Turkish agronomist Özgür Çağatay. Participants gained key skills in seedling care, mastered effective grafting techniques, and explored advanced agricultural technologies. These workshops provided a valuable opportunity to deepen their knowledge and acquire practical experience.
