Blackberry

Blackberry is a nutrient-rich berry that is beneficial for human health. It thrives in sandy, well-drained soils and mountainous deposits, yielding a good harvest under such conditions.


It is commonly found in all mountainous regions of Uzbekistan, primarily growing in river valleys, moist hills, and thorny thickets. The plant reaches a height of 1.2–1.5 meters and has long, thorny branches, classifying it as a cross-branching shrub. Its fruits are black, juicy, sweet-and-sour, and contain a seed.


Blackberry ripens by August and is consumed fresh or used in baking. This plant grows naturally, requires minimal care, and is considered an eco-friendly fruit source.
